As you may be aware health is devolved in Wales which means it is the responsibility of the Welsh Government in Cardiff Bay, not the UK Government. Decisions made in Cardiff Bay about the health budget and the management of NHS Wales impact on people throughout Wales. 

I want to hear about your experience of accessing GP services in your community. Your answers will help me understand what’s working, and what needs to change.

3. Were you offered a choice between a face-to-face appointment and a phone or video call?
4. How satisfied were you with the appointment you received?
5. Was the receptionist or call handler helpful and respectful when you contacted your GP practice?
6. Do you feel your GP practice meets the needs of your local community?
